General terms for using LeadWise websites, software, SaaS products, and contracted digital services.

Scope

These terms apply to the use of LeadWise websites, public content, forms, and software or SaaS products offered by PL E.A.S., RUC 80152317-6, including Kata, KOD, and Kaiju when provided by us.

Services delivered under a signed proposal, quote, statement of work, order form, or contract are governed by that document. These general terms apply only where they do not conflict with the specific agreement.

Use of services

  • You must provide accurate information and keep account access credentials confidential.
  • You may not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, copy, resell, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or products unless a written agreement expressly allows it.
  • You are responsible for content, data, and instructions you provide to us or upload into any product.
  • Product access may depend on payment status, agreed scope, acceptable use, and technical requirements.

Payments and subscriptions

Prices, billing periods, payment methods, deliverables, timelines, and installment plans are defined in the checkout, invoice, proposal, quote, or contract that applies to the purchase.

DLocal Go may be used as a payment gateway for certain software and SaaS purchases. Payment provider terms may also apply.

Professional services

For consulting, development, implementation, content, automation, marketing, AI, RevOps, or custom software work, the signed proposal or quote controls scope, deliverables, acceptance, revisions, timeline, payment milestones, and cancellation terms.

Public website copy, estimates, calculators, and examples are informational. They are not a final quote, legal advice, tax advice, or a guarantee of results.

Intellectual property

LeadWise, PL E.A.S., and their licensors retain ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, know-how, code libraries, processes, product platforms, and brand assets unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Client ownership of custom deliverables, licenses, usage rights, and transfer conditions are defined in the relevant proposal, quote, or contract.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep products and websites reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or change services for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeadWise and PL E.A.S. are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Any liability is limited by the applicable written agreement or, if none exists, by the amount paid for the affected service.
