Refund rules for selected software and SaaS purchases paid through DLocal Go.

Eligible products

This refund policy is issued by PL E.A.S., RUC 80152317-6, owner of the LeadWise brand. It applies only to first purchases of Kata, KOD, and Kaiju software or SaaS products paid through the DLocal Go payment gateway.

14-day first purchase refund

For eligible first purchases, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the first purchase date.

This refund right applies only to the first purchase of the eligible software or SaaS product. Consecutive monthly installments, renewals, recurring subscription charges, or later payments are not refundable under this policy.

Excluded payments

  • Bank wire transfers are not refundable under this policy.
  • Installments or payments agreed through a formal proposal, quote, statement of work, order form, contract, or similar commercial document are not refundable under this policy unless that document expressly says otherwise.
  • Custom development, consulting, implementation, integration, content, automation, advisory, and professional services are governed by their specific proposal, quote, or contract.

How to request a refund

To request a refund for an eligible first purchase, use our refund request template within the 14-day period and include the buyer name, product, purchase date, payment reference, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method when supported by the payment provider. Processing times may depend on DLocal Go, card networks, banks, or other payment intermediaries.

Abuse and exceptions

We may reject refund requests involving fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, breach of terms, unauthorized account use, or requests outside the eligible scope.

Mandatory consumer protection rights, if applicable, are not limited by this policy.
