LeadWise is a brand owned by PL E.A.S., RUC 80152317-6, based in Luque, Paraguay. This policy applies to public websites operated by LeadWise, our contact and quote forms, and our software or SaaS products, including Kata, KOD, and Kaiju when they are provided by us.
Some services may also be governed by a signed proposal, quote, statement of work, order form, or separate contract. If there is a conflict, the signed commercial agreement applies to the contracted service unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
